What is Rainbow Farm?

The Rainbow Farm Vision  
to offer a permanent, loving, family environment in a unique setting to children that can no longer live with their families of origin as a result of abuse, abandonment or death of a parent
to actively encourage the adoption of children without parents into loving homes, especially those children in our care

to provide fun, freedom and relaxation for children in need who come to stay/visit
to offer a place of retreat, restoration and friendship in a beautiful natural environment to children's workers in the region
to act as a link between teams/ individuals from overseas and other local children's projects
to offer work opportunities/ placements to young adults who have been in the care of Rainbow Farm or other projects in the region
to nurture and empower a community, built on Christian belief and practice, which includes missionaries, volunteers, local workers and families with adopted children

Football pitch

Rainbow Farm's football pitch was built in 2005 complete with goalposts - and is enjoyed by children and adults alike, especially given the Brazilians' passion for the sport!


Games Room

Built from Rainbow Farm's own rocks, the roof joists were constructed by a volunteer, and is due to be roofed by Rainbow Farm's own tiles, made using the tile-making machine designed and built by one of our farmworkers
